We represent indigent clients who have pending criminal charges in the Superior and Juvenile Courts of Newton County and Walton County. If you have a pending criminal case in Superior Court, please print and fill out the application linked below. Please bring the completed application to the office to be reviewed.

There is a $50.00 application fee for anyone who completes an application for our services. This fee is paid once your case is resolved.
