CLERK OF COURTS
The Clerk of Courts, Mrs. Linda D. Hays, was first elected in 1983, and she has served this county for over 25 years. The Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts is elected to serve a four-year term. The Clerk has duties and obligations to the Superior Court, attorneys, and to the general public as mandated by state law.
